We currently have an introductory offer. During the period of validity of this offer, some of the furniture used in the reception area may not be definitive and/or may be missing, and work may still be in progress on our premises. However, this will have no impact on the smooth running of the game.
Please note that no refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance. Only 50% of the amount paid is refunded if the reservation is cancelled between 6 months and 7 days in advance. Unfortunately, these rules apply whatever the reason for cancellation, whether you’ve been struck down by a raging gastroenteritis or have mistaken Colmar (68) for Colmars (05).

Sessions are privatized for your group, whether you book for 1 or 4 people.
At present, we are unable to cash vacation vouchers. We hope to offer you payment via ANCV Connect in the near future.
