The rate is the same whether you book for 1 or 4. The experience is optimal for groups of 3 to 4 people. Playing is possible for 1 or 2 people, but unfortunately the small capacity of each room means we can’t offer cheap rates for less than 3 people.

No, there’s no element of fear or surprise. None of the puzzles require any particular physical strength.

There is no minimum age. However, the complexity of some of the puzzles means that a minimum age of 8 is strongly recommended. The presence of an adult in the group is mandatory.

For the moment, unfortunately, the layout of the puzzles does not allow us to accommodate wheelchair users in satisfactory conditions.

Five minutes before the precise time you chose when booking (no earlier as we are busy tidying up the rooms, no later).

Any delay will result in cancellation of the reservation, without refund.

If you cancel at least one week in advance, 50% of your payment will be refunded, without exception and regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Yes, you’re locked in. Our installation complies with the recommended safety standards, and emergency exits can be used at any time by simply activating the “green boxes”.

Yes, for your safety and the smooth running of the game, your progress in the building is monitored. Recordings are kept for 7 days but are not used, except in the event of a dispute, in which case we reserve the right to keep these recordings for a longer period.

The game is played indoors, and no special equipment is required. For reasons of decorum and non-disclosure of riddles, we ask you to leave your cameras, telephones and other filming equipment at the reception desk.
