Important information, please read before booking!
Not sure whether to book a session in “Long” or “Short”? These two terms refer to the length of our 2 vehicles. The scenarios are identical in both cases. The short can accommodate up to 4 people (or 5 when there is at least one minor in the group, please indicate 4 in this case), the long can accommodate up to 5 people (or 6 when there is at least one minor in the group, please indicate 5 in this case).
If you are booking for less than 5 people, please give priority to “Short”.
If you are more than 5 adults, it is necessary to book “Short” and “Long” separately. Use the code “DOUBLE” to benefit from a 20% discount when booking two sessions at the same time.
If you’re a group of more than 5 people (or up to 6 on the Long, including children), you’ll need to split into two groups.
You’ll be playing the exact same scenario, and you’ll be able to interact with each other as you play.
For reservations via a box(Wonderbox, Live escape box, Boomrang gifts), please enter the code “BOX” in the “promo code” field. An e-mail will be sent to you separately so that you can send us the gift voucher codes before the start of the session.
For the moment, we don’t yet offer our new venue on the pass culture and payment by vacation vouchers is not possible.
Sessions are privatized for your group, whether you book for 1 or 9 people.
The term “waiting list” is used for slots that have already been reserved. If the group you have booked cancels, you will receive an e-mail to take their place. As this is a very rare occurrence, we recommend that you check if there is a free slot in our other scenario: abandoned worksite.
When booking online, the full balance is due. See our Rates page for prices according to period.
Please note that no refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance. Only 50% of the amount paid is refunded if the reservation is cancelled between 6 months and 7 days in advance. Unfortunately, these rules apply whatever the reason for cancellation, whether you’ve been struck down by a raging gastroenteritis or have mistaken Colmar (68) for Colmars (05).
Any delay of less than 10 minutes will result in a reduction of playing time, and any delay of more than 10 minutes will result in cancellation of the session, with no refund.
